Sanjiv Bhullarai was born in Bhullarai Village, Tehsil Phagwara, District Kapurthalla (Punjab) IND


Sanjiv Bhullarai is a missionary writer whose songs written brought such a change that a revolutionary wave was created in the entire Bahujan society. His songs create unity in the Bahujan Society. 

Since everyone in the house was a bahujan missionary, he was also inclined towards bahujan mission. He also did a lot of work for Dr. Ambedkar's mission in his village and also served as the head (Pardhan) of Sri Guru Ravidas Gurudwara Bhullarai for 20 years.

His wife Smt.Jasvir Kaur won the Panch elections twice in the village.

Sanjiv Bhullarai inspired the youth of his village with Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Mission and Satguru Ravidas Ji's Begampura Mission and established Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Youth Club.

The song he wrote about 20 years ago brought a huge revolution in the Bahujan society. The lyrics of that song were Guru Ravidas ji nu Guru Aakhna Koi Bhagat Na Aakh Pukare, "This song has been sung by late missionary singer Balbir Jagatpuri ji and Madam Premlata ji."

Missionary songs written by Sanjiv Bhullarai gave many singers a chance to become an identity in the society. Sanjiv Bhullarai has written many hymns praising the glory of Guru Ravidas Maharaj.

The Shabads written by him 10 years ago are still played on the speakers by the Sangat on Satguru Ravidas Jayanti and Dr. Ambedkar Jayanti.

Wherever Langar Seva is organized by the followers of Guru Ravidas Ji across the world, the song "Langar Guru Ravidas Ji Da Chalda Assi Tan Seva Karde Ah" written by Sanjiv Bhullarai are definitely played.

I became interested in Dr. Ambedkar in 1943 when I was appointed Supreme Allied Commander, South East Asia, and setup my operational Headquarters in Delhi. He was the Labour Member of Viceroy’s Council. He was fighting for Liberty, Equality and Fraternity and fair conditions of life.
