Sanjiv Bhullarai was born in Bhullarai Village, Tehsil Phagwara, District Kapurthalla (Punjab) IND Sanjiv Bhullarai is a missionary writer whose songs written brought such a change that a revolutionary wave was created in the entire Bahujan society. His songs create unity in the Bahujan Society.  Since everyone in the house was a bahujan missionary, he was also inclined towards bahujan mission. He also did a lot of work for Dr. Ambedkar's mission in his village and also served as the head (Pardhan) of Sri Guru Ravidas Gurudwara Bhullarai for 20 years. His wife Smt.Jasvir Kaur won the Panch elections twice in the village. Sanjiv Bhullarai inspired the youth of his village with Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Mission and Satguru Ravidas Ji's Begampura Mission and established Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Youth Club.
